Equipment Features: 

This machine adopts a unique stirrer, which refines the fibers of the minced meat produced. 
It also allows the animal protein between the meat fibers to be freely separated out, ensuring that the minced meat is evenly mixed and in a fluffy state. The added seasoning juice can be fully absorbed and saturated, so as to maintain the characteristics of the filling being loose, fresh, tender, and having an excellent taste. All parts of the machine that come into contact with food are made of stainless steel. 
With internal antibacterial electrolytic treatment, it is not easy to rust, safe and healthy. It is made of food-grade SUS stainless steel, which does not rust, does not fade, does not contain lead, is acid-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and is durable. The fan-shaped stirring ring makes the filling tender and delicious. The meat mixer compresses the meat through the knife plate, changing the properties of the muscle tissue. It increases the surface area of the meat, improves the adhesiveness of the meat, enhances the water-holding capacity of the meat, thereby achieving the purpose of tenderizing.
